Amenity Access – Pool
What are the pool hours?
The pool is open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, May 1st through September 30th. The Board may close the pool for repairs as needed.
How many guests can I bring?
Residents may bring up to 4 guests at any time.

Is alcohol allowed at the pool?
No, alcohol is strictly prohibited.

How do I find out about upcoming Board meetings?
Meeting dates and times are posted in the News and Events section of TownSq and sent via email to registered users. Currently, meetings are held annually under declarant control.
Where can I find meeting minutes?
Meeting minutes are available in the Documents section of TownSq.
Common Area Maintenance
What am I responsible for maintaining?
Homeowners are responsible for:
- Removing litter, trash, and waste
- Lawn mowing, watering, and keeping gardens attractive
- Pruning trees and shrubs
- Maintaining exterior lighting and mechanical facilities
- Keeping planting beds free from turf grass
- Repairing sidewalks and driveways
- Repainting and repairing exterior improvements
- Clearing brush for wildfire safety
- Complying with all government, health, and police requirements
How do I report a maintenance issue?
Submit a request via TownSq with a photo and details. You can track your request status in TownSq.
How do I get a mailbox key?
Contact your local United States Postal Center or a locksmith if your home was purchased as a resale.
Compliance
Received a violation notice?
Contact our Compliance Department at compliance@goodwintx.com. Additional contact info is on your notice.
Need to report a neighbor’s issue?
Submit a request via TownSq with details and a photo if possible.
How often does compliance drive through?
Compliance drivers typically visit bi-weekly, with additional spot inspections.

Rules & Regulations
What is the rental/leasing policy?
All rentals must be at least six (6) months and require a written lease. Owners must provide lessees with the Master Restrictions.
What is the pet policy?
